Meeting Room Reservations
We offer larger meeting rooms for Niles-Maine library cardholders, residents, organizations, and companies located within the library district. Profit organizations are subject to a fee depending on the room selected and length of meeting.
To request a meeting room online, click the box below. To request a meeting room in person drop off a completed application to the Administration Department. For questions, please call 847-663-6402. All requests will be responded to within 1-2 business days.
Study Room Reservations
Note: Masks are required above the nose and mouth while in the building including study rooms. No food or drinks are allowed in the building including study rooms at this time.
Our six study rooms are free of charge to use, can accommodate up to 6 people, and are booked in 2-hour blocks. Niles-Maine library cardholders may reserve a study room up to one week in advanced, otherwise the rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis with a registered library card.
